About the role

The Role Lead from the front. Keep engines running. Drive performance. As a Service Support Supervisor, you'll take ownership of service operations—maximising engine availability, supporting engineers, and ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead & coordinate service engineers and contractors
  • Plan & schedule maintenance to meet manufacturer standards
  • Support fault finding (remote & on‑site)
  • Drive performance across service contracts and jobs
  • Manage costs while maintaining high service quality
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Keep customers satisfied with reliable, cost‑effective service
