Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-spec commercial fit-out projects across Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business delivering fast-paced, high-quality commercial schemes within a Tier 1 environment.
Key Requirements
- Tier 1 fit-out or major commercial refurbishment experience
- Strong health & safety management and site coordination skills
- Experience managing subcontractors, labour and site teams
- Ability to drive programmes and ensure projects are delivered on time
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proven track record delivering fast-paced commercial projects
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required
Salary & Package
£60,000 – £80,000 DOE, plus car allowance, bonus, private healthcare and pension. Excellent long-term progression opportunities.
