Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of UPVC window and door repairs
- Single and double glazing repairs
- Door adjustments, lock repairs and refits
- General carpentry and multi-trade maintenance works
- Delivering high‑quality repairs in occupied and void properties
- Providing excellent customer service and achieving right first‑time repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Strong trade knowledge and previous maintenance experience
- Experience working within housing, maintenance or site environments
- Carpentry skills essential
- Good multi‑trade experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Health & Safety conscious
- Full UK driving licence required
