Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Salford
Pay Rate: £12.73 - £14.27 per hour
Contract: Temporary - 4 months initially (with a view to extend)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing and property services organisation based in Salford. They are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to support their responsive repairs and maintenance team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and planning maintenance and repair appointments
- Contacting tenants to arrange and confirm access
- Liaising with contractors to allocate work and manage diaries
- Handling customer service enquiries via telephone
- Updating systems with accurate job and scheduling information
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Customer Service Experience is Essential
- Planning or scheduling experience is desirable
- Confident communicator with strong telephone skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience within housing, property or maintenance environments is advantageous
