Job Summary
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum. Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small maintenance/engineering team in a manufacturing environment.
- Oversee mechanical maintenance and support activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Maintenance or Engineering Manager, or in a comparable leadership role.
- Strong mechanical background and bias.
- Leadership experience required; supervisors seeking advancement welcomed.
- Ability to commute to Huddersfield.
