Job Description:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and preventative maintenance on commercial buildings across Merseyside. Our client is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician with FM experience to join the team.
Role details:
- 40 hours a week
- Working hours are 8am – 4.30pm
- Overtime available if desired.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace electrical fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with clients on site
Requirements:
- Experienced Electrical maintenance engineer
- Fully qualified Electrician (18th Edition)
- Multi Skilled
On offer is a competitive salary of £40,000 + benefits. Overtime available as well as opportunities to progress.
