The role:
- Take full ownership of the project from Stage 4 through Stage 5
- Manage and coordinate all design and technical packages
- Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Drive the pre‑construction process, ensuring design is buildable and aligned with programme
- Act as the main point of contact for design coordination on the project
- Report into and be supported by an experienced Technical Manager
