  • Mentor and guide junior technicians and support staff
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high technical standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Civil Technician in residential infrastructure projects
  • Strong skills in Site 3D
  • Experience producing detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Understanding of highways, drainage, and SuDS design principles
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and work independently
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and project delivery
