Key Responsibilities
Conduct property valuations and win new business opportunities.
Handle the lettings process from start to finish, including viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Manage incoming enquiries and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants.
Provide clear, honest, and transparent communication to ensure a smooth lettings process.
Oversee a portfolio of 300 managed properties, with half owned by the business owner - making your job easier.
Stay organised and manage your workload independently, as the only Lettings Negotiator in the team.
What They Offer
Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 with the potential to earn £50K+ in OTE.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am–6pm, Saturdays 10am–4pm (with a day off in lieu).
