My client, an independently owned Estate Agent based in South West London, is looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team. Working within a close‐knit team, you will be delivering exceptional service and upholding the reputation of the business as you manage your portfolio of properties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deal with daily maintenance, including complex maintenance and urgent works in a competent, timely manner
- Ensure the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations
- Arrange inventories, check‐in and check‐out and conduct property inspections
- Advise utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
- Co‐ordinate estimates and arrange repairs with contractors, liaise between landlords and tenants, and troubleshoot where applicable
- Propose and negotiate deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding of the rebuttal process
Must Have
- Property Management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- A keen problem solver who works well under pressure
- Client facing experience
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
- Ability to build long‐term relationships with landlords
- Positive and encouraging attitude
Good To Have (Not Essential)
- ARLA qualified
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00
Salary
£28,000 – £30,000 per annum, plus package
