A well-established project and cost consultancy are looking for a motivated and hungry Project Manager to join the growing project management team based in Euston. The Project Manager will be joining an award-winning consultancy, which has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality schemes within the Commercial office sector.

The Project Manager will bring a good level of experience delivering schemes such as CAT A/B fit outs and refurbishment within Commercial offices. The Project Manager will also be reporting on a weekly basis to the senior project management team which includes Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors and a Project Director. The Project Manager will be delivering projects with values ranging from £5m-£30m.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and maintaining current/future Projects.
  • Overseeing project phases and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with internal and external parties throughout the lifecycle of a Project.
  • Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Stakeholders with Project progress.
  • Offering support towards reviewing project costs to ensure the Project is delivered within budget.
  • Facilitating client meetings.
  • Ensuring all works are compliant with safety and quality standards.

The Project Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience working at a Construction Consultancy.
  • Extensive understanding within the Commercial office sector.
  • MRICS/MAPM qualification would be preferred.
  • A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction would be ideal.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your career.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What Would Be Offered:

  • £55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package.
  • 25 days annual leave.
