Role & Responsibilities
- Work on the pre‑planning stages of low‑rise apartment and housing‑led schemes
- Prepare concept designs, feasibility studies, and planning drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, planning authorities, and internal project teams
- Contribute to design reviews, planning submissions, and supporting documentation
- Manage allocated work packages and assist with overall project delivery
- Develop towards taking responsibility for leading projects independently
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3-5 years post‑qualification experience
- Proven experience working on residential‑led schemes at pre‑planning stage
- Strong design capability with good technical understanding
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider project team
- Sound knowledge of UK planning processes and housing standards
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
