We're looking for an OT Systems Director to take ownership of OT strategy, governance, integration and lifecycle management across a growing portfolio of mission‑critical data centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead OT strategy across multiple data centre projects
  • Own standards for BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC and control systems
  • Drive OT cybersecurity architecture and network segregation
  • Oversee systems integration from design through to operations
  • Manage key OEMs, vendors, and specialist integrators
  • Support commissioning, handover, and operational readiness

Desired Experience

  • Strong background in data centres, critical infrastructure, or industrial automation
