Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out all aspects of UPVC window and door repairs
  • Single and double glazing repairs
  • Door adjustments, lock repairs and refits
  • General carpentry and multi-trade maintenance works
  • Delivering high-quality repairs in occupied and void properties
  • Providing excellent customer service and achieving right first-time repairs
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong trade knowledge and previous maintenance experience
  • Experience working within housing, maintenance or site environments
  • Carpentry skills essential
  • Good multi-trade experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Health & Safety conscious
  • Full UK driving licence required
