Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance meets legal requirements at a rating of 95%+
- Visits to the properties in accordance with the SLA
- Maintaining high standards of cleaning, maintenance and presentation
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Preparing the service charge budget first draft
- Monitoring service charge expenditure
- Working and liaising closely with the other teams

- IOSH
- Previous experience preparing service charge budgets and managing expenditure
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A keen problem solver and good under pressure
