Duties / Functions Of The Role:

  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Vendor feedback
  • Progressing the tenant application process
  • Dealing with all incoming enquiries and registering new enquiries
  • Organising and carrying out viewings
  • Negotiating the terms of tenancies with potential tenants
  • Efficiently dealing with tenants enquiries
  • Deliver an excellent customer service

Requirements Of The Role:

  • Sales experience or property experience required
  • Excellent communication skills with people of all backgrounds
  • Immaculate and professional presentation

Salary Budgets and Allowances:

  • Basic – £22,000
  • OTE – £60,000 + Travel Allowance (NO LICENSE REQUIRED)

Required Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm – No weekends
