Plumber required for a leading Facilities Management company to carry out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance on a large commercial building in Lerwick, Shetland. The position is permanent, full‑time, with a salary of £36,000‑£38,000 per annum and a relocation package available.

Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs on plumbing systems
- Maintenance of hot and cold-water systems
- General pipework repairs and installations
- Support compliance and health & safety procedures
- Use of PDA/tablet systems to manage and complete works
- Assist wider FM teams when required
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or commercial maintenance
- Experience working on commercial plumbing systems
- Good fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Basic IT skills
