Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for CSCS Labourers to join a team on a high-profile commercial refurbishment project. The role requires someone with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with day-to-day tasks
- Manual handling, moving and distributing materials, tools, and equipment around site
- Site preparation and clearance, ensuring walkways and work areas remain clean and hazard-free
- Helping to erect and dismantle temporary structures such as barriers and signage
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and reporting any potential risks
- Taking direction from the site supervisor and project managers
- Valid CSCS card (Green card minimum)
- Previous experience working on construction or refurbishment sites
- Good understanding of health and safety protocols on active building sites
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct
- Full PPE (hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility vest/jacket)
