Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling project budgets and managing finances.
• Help maintain financial control and project profitability through accurate cost management and forecasting.
• Collaborate with seniors and subcontractors to ensure quality delivery on time and to specifications.
• Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and progress updates.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Understanding of UK construction industry.
• UK driver’s licence.
