The Junior CDM / Health & Safety Consultant role is for someone in the early part of their health and safety career, who can demonstrate some construction focused health and safety experience and is looking to develop their knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team environment. You will be joining a team of 10 Health, Safety & CDM professionals who work across a wide range of projects including, but not limited to office fitouts, new builds, and maintenance projects at key landmarks across the capital and regions. You will have the opportunity to work with clients across a wide range of sectors including tech, finance, government, healthcare, industrial and logistics as well as sporting arenas and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering health and safety advice to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Supporting delivery of the CDM Principal Designer role
  • Advising clients on their responsibilities in relation to construction works
  • Undertaking health and safety audits on construction sites and at client facilities

Person Specification

  • Hold a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent and ideally a member of IOSH
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Drive and enthusiasm with the willingness to learn, develop and grow in the role

A hybrid position with a Manchester office base, this role would give you the opportunity to work in a social company with lots going on outside of the day job.
