The Role:

As a Junior BMS Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of BMS projects across a range of commercial and critical environments. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing both your technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the design and implementation of BMS solutions
  • Supporting project delivery from initial concept through to commissioning
  • Learning BMS software, controls strategies, and system integration
  • Working closely with senior engineers on-site and remotely
  • Supporting testing, commissioning, and system optimisation
  • Producing technical documentation and reports

Training & Development:

Structured on-the-job training with experienced BMS engineers, exposure to leading BMS systems and technologies, ongoing technical development and mentoring, clear progression pathway into a Project Engineer position.

Key Requirements:

  • Good understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.)
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop within BMS
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or building services (desirable)
