An established high-end residential main contractor is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their small but dedicated team. The client is a seasoned high-end residential contractor delivering projects throughout Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. They are looking to add an aspiring Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their Farnham team.
The successful candidate will work on bespoke one-off refurbishments and luxury homes, including manor houses, extensions, outbuildings and bespoke new builds by the sea.
The company has an incredible pipeline of works, having secured multiple projects for this year and many more going into next year. They’re offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects. You'll also benefit from fantastic support from a well-rounded group of colleagues.
The Assistant / Junior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be based in the office five days a week and work closely with the Senior QS and a director – a real opportunity to learn. Your day-to-day work will largely mirror that of a QS or the director you are working with, whether on site or in the office.
