Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the night shift hygiene team.
- Ensure all cleaning schedules and hygiene standards are completed to the highest level.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, BRCGS, and customer standards.
- Drive continuous improvements across hygiene processes and procedures.
- Manage hygiene audits and support internal and external inspections.
- Work closely with Production and Technical teams to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency.
- Coach and develop team members to promote a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager, Hygiene Supervisor, Hygiene Team Leader, or similar within food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for driving high standards and continuous improvement.
