Overview
Join a high-performing, fast-growing contractor delivering complex, high-value (£100m+) mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. This is a rare opportunity for a driven Design Manager to take ownership of technically challenging builds in the data centre, pharmaceutical, and advanced logistics sectors - while stepping into a clear and supported path towards Senior Management and ultimately Director level. You will be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team trusted by blue-chip clients and known for quality, innovation, and rapid career development. This is a site-based role for a major confidential data centre client. Applicants must be flexible to travel and have relevant UK project experience.
Your Role As Design Manager Will Include:
- Managing and coordinating the full design process, aligning with client and construction requirements
- Leading design meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Reviewing and managing design deliverables including drawings, technical submittals, and packages
- Ensuring quality control through site inspections and design reviews
- Overseeing completion of as-built packages and final design documentation
As a Design Manager, You Will Have:
- A background in MEP, Architectural, Structural, or Civil Engineering
