An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Contracts Manager to oversee electrical compliance maintenance services across social housing contracts.

You will manage the delivery of emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT testing, height safety and photovoltaic (PV) maintenance programmes, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with KPI and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical compliance maintenance contracts across multiple disciplines.
  • Deliver KPIs, SLAs and statutory compliance targets.
  • Manage budgets, P&L, scheduling and resource planning.
  • Lead supervisors, engineers, administrators and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Build strong client relationships and drive resident satisfaction.

Requirements For The Maintenance Contracts Manager

  • Experience managing electrical compliance maintenance contracts within social housing or regulated residential environments.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency lighting, PAT testing, lightning protection, height safety or PV systems.
  • Previous experience managing teams, budgets and subcontractors.
  • Excellent client-facing, organisational and leadership skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
