The OpportunityAs a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial management of major projects. You’ll gain exposure to cost control, subcontractor management, procurement, financial reporting, and commercial governance while developing the skills needed to become a future industry leader. Key Responsibilities- Monitor project activities against agreed programmes, budgets, and cost plans
- Support the management and reporting of labour, plant hire, and project‑related costs
- Assist with procurement activities and subcontractor engagement
- Prepare and process subcontractor payment applications in line with internal procedures
- Support the preparation and administration of subcontract orders
- Attend project, operational, and subcontractor meetings
- Monitor subcontractor performance against programme requirements
- Assist in the preparation of client and subcontractor final accounts
- Maintain risk and change registers throughout project lifecycles
- Support cost forecasting, budget monitoring, and commercial reporting activities
- Produce accurate management information and performance reports

Essential Requirements- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
