We are seeking a friendly and reliable Facilities Coordinator. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the facilities team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing venue booking systems
- Liaising with corporate tenants
- Maintaining office stationary and supporting office set-ups
- Carrying out routine metre readings & inspections
- Covering reception duties as required
