Responsibilities

  • Undertake a range of maintenance and light repairs.
  • Carpentry, installs, grid ceilings, decorating and making good.
  • Competent in basic plumbing, basic electrics and carpentry repairs.
  • Respond to building fabric and grounds emergency repairs and assist colleagues and the team where required.
  • Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance on the site.

Requirements

  • CSCS card.
  • Own hand tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a facility in Guildford.
  • Availability Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.
