Responsibilities
- Undertake a range of maintenance and light repairs.
- Carpentry, installs, grid ceilings, decorating and making good.
- Competent in basic plumbing, basic electrics and carpentry repairs.
- Respond to building fabric and grounds emergency repairs and assist colleagues and the team where required.
- Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance on the site.
Requirements
- CSCS card.
- Own hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in a facility in Guildford.
- Availability Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.
