Responsibilities

  • Lead the new‑build project, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
  • Manage the on‑site team, including a Site Manager, quantity surveyor and administrative support.
  • Report directly to construction directors and maintain communication with head office.

Qualifications

  • High‑end residential new‑build / refurbishment experience preferred (but not essential).
  • Proficiency in programming with Asta.
  • Carpentry background is preferred.
