Responsibilities
- Lead the new‑build project, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
- Manage the on‑site team, including a Site Manager, quantity surveyor and administrative support.
- Report directly to construction directors and maintain communication with head office.
Qualifications
- High‑end residential new‑build / refurbishment experience preferred (but not essential).
- Proficiency in programming with Asta.
- Carpentry background is preferred.
