Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor vacancy with a successful, commercial Building Consultancy based in Birmingham city centre.
We\βre now looking for an ambitious individual to join this small, but highly successful team of Building Surveyors. They have a great opportunity on offer for a recent graduate in Building Surveying to train and gain experience with them, whilst working towards gaining your MRICS qualification. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to support on a range of instructions including project work as well as professional surveying such as Building Surveys, dilapidations and due diligence. Work is generally across the midlands area so there will be some travel and therefore a full UK driving license is required.
