Are you an Associate or Principal level structural engineer living within commuting distance of GL3 and seeking your next challenge? Would you like to work on an interesting buildings project within a well-established, reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy that is really going places?

This medium-sized highly reputable multi-disciplinary design consultancy is expanding their Gloucester building structures team at the senior end. They work on a wide variety of projects in sectors such as residential, hotels and education, commercial, conservation and retail.
You should be experienced in RC frame design as well as all the other main materials and be able to use structural software, ideally Tekla, Robot and Tedds. Ideally, you will be Chartered MIStructE or MICE and must be experienced with running projects, dealing with clients and mentoring graduates. You would be leading a team of 5 staff and working within an office of approximately 20 employees.
In addition to a pleasant and social work environment, there are annual salary reviews, 25 days holiday with options to buy or sell additional, annual bonus scheme, hybrid working, pension scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.
