Overview

In this role, you\’ll oversee day‑to‑day production, improve operational processes, maintain high quality standards, and ensure work is done efficiently, on time. It\’s a hands‑on leadership position that calls for excellent organisational skills and a solid understanding of production and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations
• Drive efficiencies within the team of 9 reports
• Monitor quality control, budgets, and timelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team
• Background in a mechanical environment – plant, powered access, forklift
• Proactive, solution‑driven approach with great communication skills
• Based in or commutable to Motherwell/Glasgow
