The Graduate role is office‑based within Gerrards Cross, working closely with senior engineers and project managers on high‑profile projects, including data centres and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the project team on technical and coordination tasks (8am‑6pm, Monday‑Friday).
- Work with senior engineers to manage MEP systems design, documentation and workflows.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Gain exposure to project planning, technical submittals, quality control and stakeholder communication.
- Document and review designs, manage documentation and assist in the seamless execution of engineering solutions.
