An exciting opportunity exists to join Bellway’s North East Division as a Senior Sales Advisor on a fixed‑term basis.
Responsibilities- Report to Senior Sales Managers / Sales Managers and lead the day‑to‑day sales operations of the development.
- Serve as the first line of support for Sales Advisors while assisting Sales Managers.
- Provide cover for Sales Managers during holidays or illness.
- Train, coach, mentor and develop Sales Advisors, assisting new team members through the induction process.
- Utilise Bellway’s CRM system to maintain accurate records and share knowledge of CRM/Sales Monitor with other users.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by senior management and maintain high standards of site presentation.
- Engage with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completion.
- Propose ideas with Sales Managers to increase sales performance.
- Guide customers through show homes, stock plots and the site, explaining product features and ensuring all visitors are aware of Bellway’s Health and Safety Policy.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager to arrange customer meetings promptly.
- Assist customers post‑completion with repairs or any issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, processes and standards.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably expected.
- Experience within the housebuilding industry.
- Experience delivering excellent customer experience.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience in property sales and marketing processes.
- Knowledge of the home buying/video/conveyancing process.
- Experience working with customers in a home‑visit setting.
- Experience building relationships with other property professionals and outside agencies.
- Current full UK driving licence.
- Access to a vehicle for business use as required.
- Ability to use initiative to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet sales/completion targets.
- Proficient IT skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
