Barking

£34,000 – £38,000 Basic + (OTE £45,000-£50,000) + Company Van + Private Use + Door-to-Door Pay + Credit card + £10 Lunch + Specialist Training + Pension Scheme + Holidays + Birthday off + Autonomy

Earn £50,000+ in your first year through premium‑rate overtime while technically progressing as a Field Service Engineer within a highly skilled and supportive engineering team. This role offers a varied working environment alongside specialist technical training, giving you the opportunity to continually develop your skills and become an expert in your field.

The company services and maintains engineered lifting, access, and safety systems across a wide range of environments and industries. Due to continued growth, they are expanding the team and are seeking an additional Field Service Engineer who is motivated by both earnings and long‑term development. Overtime is consistently available, paid at a premium rate, allowing realistic earnings of £50,000+ with no weekend work or call‑out rota. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for variety, progression, and strong financial reward.

Your Role As A Field Service Engineer Will Include

  • Service, repairs and maintenance of lifting and access systems.
  • Mechanical and electrical fault‑finding on safety‑critical equipment.
  • Working to compliance and inspection standards.
  • Field service role covering the Barking area.

As A Successful Field Service Engineer You Will Have

  • Mechanical background (mechanic, forklifts, lifting access equipment, industrial machinery – ANY Considered).
  • Electrical understanding.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Ability to cover the Barking area.
