Our client, a Hampshire-based heating and plumbing specialist, is looking to recruit a Gas Service and Maintenance Engineer to carry out boiler servicing and repairs in domestic properties as part of their expanding Home Aftercare Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Service and Maintenance Engineer responsible for breakdown, service and maintenance works across domestic contracts from gas boilers, ASHP to general plumbing.

Qualifications:

  • Based within commutable distance of Southampton (Eastleigh, Hampshire).
  • Up to date domestic gas qualifications.
  • Unvented hot water qualifications.
  • ASHP qualifications are an advantage but not essential as training can be given.
  • Must participate on the call out rota.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Full UK Driving License.

Position Remuneration:

  • £42,000 to £46,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
  • £42k-£46k per annum + van, call out bonus, phone & tablet.
  • Set bonus amount paid for the week on call, plus hours paid when called out.
  • Company van and fuel card provided for work travel.
  • Phone, tablet, and workwear supplied.
  • Working hours 8am-5pm.
  • Opportunity for further training.
  • Specialist tools provided.
