We have an opportunity for a qualified Floor Layer to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in the London Borough of Ealing. In this role, you will provide essential reactive maintenance services to residents as part of a social housing contract, contributing to the maintenance of safe and comfortable homes.
Responsibilities:
- Fitting all types of flooring including laminate, poly-safe, altro, and cap and cove in both occupied and void properties.
- Using a handheld PDA device to receive job instructions, update progress, and record materials used.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Floor Covering (essential)
- Basic Criminal Record Check
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
