Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating the full design process, aligning with client and construction requirements
Leading design meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Reviewing and managing design deliverables including drawings, technical submittals, and packages
Ensuring quality control through site inspections and design reviews
Overseeing completion of as-built packages and final design documentation
What You Will Have / Qualifications
A background in MEP, Architectural, Structural, or Civil Engineering
Experience managing technical design on major construction projects
Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools, with a good grasp of digital workflows
About the Role
This is a site-based role for a major confidential data centre client. The role involves taking ownership of the design process from coordination through to technical assurance and site integration, working with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with programme, budget, and quality expectations. Travel is required and the candidate should have relevant UK project experience. The position offers a clear path towards Senior Management and Director level within a high-performing contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK and Europe.
