We are currently recruiting for an experienced D&M (Damp & Mould) Supervisor to oversee works across residential properties in North London.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Damp & Mould works across occupied housing stock
- Manage operatives and subcontractors on site
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Liaise with residents, operatives, and internal teams
- Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met
- Complete reports and basic admin as required
- Proven Experience Supervising Damp & Mould Works
- Background in social housing or residential maintenance preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Full UK driving licence (van provided)
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
