As a Customer Service Executive, you will support customers with specialist medical equipment while receiving ongoing training and development.

Your Role

  • Deliver, install and demonstrate medical lifting equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Undergo full OEM manufacturer training
  • Commutable to the Sheffield office

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience in any industry (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience working directly with customers and resolving issues professionally
  • Ability to commute to the Sheffield office
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
