The Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property services and social housing maintenance contractor for an experienced Plasterer to join their responsive repairs and maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plastering and rendering repairs to a high standard
- Complete patching, skimming, bonding, and making good works
- Deliver work within agreed timescales and maintain excellent workmanship
- Use mobile systems to update jobs and reports
- Work safely and professionally within occupied homes
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven background within repairs, maintenance, or social housing environments
- Experience in domestic plastering and associated wet trades
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools suitable for the role
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
