Job Description

McGinleys are looking for a Controller of Site Safety (COSS) to join our team for ongoing work in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking an experienced COSS for ad-hoc rail shifts across the West Midlands. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid COSS competency
• Available weekends with possible mid‑week shifts
• Full UK driving licence required
• Punctual, safety‑focused, and able to work independently
