Salary: £60,000 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end, from initiation and planning through delivery and post‑implementation review
- Establish clear project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and reporting requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for allocated projects
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams
- Convert business and customer needs into well‑defined project outcomes and deliverables
- Support product range management and full product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, commercially viable product launches
- Contribute to purchasing and procurement initiatives that enhance value and operational efficiency
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks such as budget pressures, supplier delays, or resourcing constraints
- Proactively address issues to minimise commercial and operational disruption
- Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and delivery schedules
- Produce clear project updates and summary reports for senior stakeholders
- Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and support continuous improvement
Ideal Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing multiple projects
- Experience working with suppliers and managing product lifecycles
- Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
