Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering an exceptional service and maintaining the business’s reputation.
- Handle daily maintenance, including complex and urgent works, in a competent and timely manner.
- Ensure the portfolio remains compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
- Arrange inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and conduct property inspections.
- Advise utility companies of meter readings and void period bills.
- Coordinate estimates and arrange repairs with contractors; liaise between landlords and tenants; troubleshoot where applicable.
- Propose and negotiate deposits between landlords and tenants; understand the rebuttal process.
Must Have
- Property Management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- A keen problem solver and remains calm under pressure

- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
