Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering an exceptional service and maintaining the business’s reputation.
  • Handle daily maintenance, including complex and urgent works, in a competent and timely manner.
  • Ensure the portfolio remains compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Arrange inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and conduct property inspections.
  • Advise utility companies of meter readings and void period bills.
  • Coordinate estimates and arrange repairs with contractors; liaise between landlords and tenants; troubleshoot where applicable.
  • Propose and negotiate deposits between landlords and tenants; understand the rebuttal process.
