Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex fire engineering projects
- Review fire strategies and technical reports
- Mentor engineers and support team development
- Strengthen client relationships and win new work
- Contribute to business strategy and growth
- Provide technical leadership, maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with UK fire safety legislation
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive fire engineering consultancy experience
- Strong UK fire safety legislation knowledge
- Experience reviewing complex fire strategies
- Desirable: Chartered Engineer status
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness, business development experience and ability to build lasting client relationships
