The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for running projects from concept to completion across 2/3 high-end residential new builds and refurbishments. In addition to managing their own projects, the new Quantity Surveyor will be a structural part of the commercial division and will work closely with the Director of the business.
Qualifications
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Minimum of 4 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a Main Contractor
- High-end residential experience is optional but a benefit
- Good pre- and post-contract knowledge
- Team-focused, confident, professional
