Job Description

A confident and highly skilled Technical Services Manager (TSM) is now needed by an established and successful Fit Out contractor. This hybrid position is based in central London and involves a wide range of high‑end projects, from £50,000 to £1M+. The successful candidate will review design and drawings, manage the project programme, and support pre‑contract and delivery teams. They will oversee M&E site teams, identify project risks, and lead fit‑out projects from conception to completion within a qualified and award‑winning team.

Responsibilities

• Review design and drawings, project programme, and support pre‑contract and delivery teams.
• Oversee M&E site teams and identify project risks.
• Manage all aspects of technical services for commercial fit‑out projects ranging from £50K to £1M+.
• Lead fit‑out projects from conception to completion.
• Work independently with a good understanding of lifts, voice & data, sprinklers, AV, security, mechanical & electrical services.

Requirements

• Clear evidence of acting as a Technical Services Manager.
• Construction Fit‑Out knowledge is beneficial.
• Design & Build exposure is desirable.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience in the Commercial & Office project space.
• Awareness of commercial decisions.
• Looking for a permanent position.
