Are you an ambitious mid‑level structural engineer with a can‑do attitude? Interested in a business where future equity or profit share could be yours? This role suits a design‑led candidate who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, ranging up to £25m in value, including UK and international work such as staging and film sets, exhibitions, high‑end bespoke residential, industrial and logistics projects.
As a Project Structural Engineer you will run projects, deal with sensitive clients and mentor more junior staff. The firm currently employs twelve staff and plans to grow to around thirty. People are key: a trust‑based environment with low turnover, a happy workplace and a good work/life balance. The firm offers a generous holiday allowance. Salary is £40,000‑£46,000 with potential for equity and profit share.
