The Construction Index Ltd seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager for restaurant, retail, and office fit‑out projects across London.
We are looking for a client‑facing project manager who can deliver high‑quality, efficient services on projects ranging from £1 M to £6 M. You will support key clients in F&B, tech, and retail and also develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of fit‑out projects for restaurants, retail units, and CAT B office fit outs.
- Manage all project phases from proposal through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat work and new opportunities.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects efficiently.
- Communicate progress and key milestones to senior management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience running own construction projects.
- Experience with retail, food & beverage, and office fit‑out contracts.
- Strong business‑development skills and client‑relationship building.
- Excellent organisational and team‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications.
- Prompt access to London and ability to travel as required.
- £90,000 – £100,000 per annum.
