About the Role

Work directly on major TV productions, films, concerts, live events and theatre shows. This is a hands‑on, varied position within one of the most exciting technical sectors in the UK, offering long‑term stability, strong training and the chance to see your work used on major stages and film sets.

This well‑established specialist operates within the lifting and rigging industry for the entertainment sector. They supply, inspect, maintain and support lifting and rigging equipment used across festivals, touring productions, film sets and major venues. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer for their London SE branch.

Responsibilities

• Working on customer sites across film, TV, events, venues and touring productions
• Carrying out inspection, testing, repair and setup of lifting and rigging equipment
• Using access equipment (training provided)
• Ensuring compliance and safety standards are met
• Field Service Role covering the London area

Qualifications

• Full driving licence
• Ideally LEEA qualifications, or experience in lifting gear, plant hire, tool hire or similar technical environments
• Willingness to travel
• Mechanical background / experience
• Ability to commute to the London SE branch before travelling to sites
